The Manoir du Suquet website itself sets no cookies. The only cookies that exist are set by Google Analytics — and only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you decline, Google Analytics does not load and no cookies from our site will be placed in your browser.

What Google Analytics sets (only if you accept)
If you accept the banner, the Google Analytics script loads and sets the following cookies. These are the only cookies associated with this domain.

None of these cookies contain personal data directly. They store anonymous identifiers that Google Analytics uses to aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use Google Analytics's advertising features, we do not enable remarketing, and we do not link Analytics data to a Google Ads account.
What we don't set
For clarity, the following technologies are not present on this site:
No Facebook Pixel. No LinkedIn Insights Tag. No TikTok or X tracking pixels. No retargeting cookies. No behavioural advertising. No third-party ads. No newsletter signup popups. No session recording / heatmap tools (Hotjar, FullStory, etc.). No chat widget that persists identity.
If any of this changes in the future — for example, if we add a live chat for booking enquiries that sets its own cookies — we will update this page and request consent via the banner before loading anything.
Third-party loads that don't set cookies
Even without cookies, a few third-party services make network requests when you load the site. These are essential for the site to work and are covered by our privacy policy:
Google Fonts loads the typefaces (Cormorant Garamond, DM Sans, DM Mono). This does not set cookies, but your IP address is briefly sent to Google's font servers when the fonts are fetched.
Netlify hosts the site. Your IP address is logged as part of standard server operation.
How to clear cookies in your browser
If you want to clear anything this site has stored, regardless of what the preference panel above shows, you can delete cookies manually in your browser:
- Chrome / Edge / Brave: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data → See all cookies → search for "lesuquet" and delete.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data → search "lesuquet" and remove.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data → search for "lesuquet" and remove.
You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to block GA globally across every site.
